A third or more of the heat generated by an engine must be removed by engine cooling systems. Oil that becomes over heated rapidly loses its ability to lubricate and cool engine components causing accelerated fatigue and premature component failure. Installing an oil cooler kit reduces the heat load on the engine and radiator, provides for increased oil system capacity, creates lower under-the-hood temperatures, and thus promotes longer engine life. This kit includes the all mounting brackets and hardware necessary for relocating your cooler as well as a 3/8" oil hose and hose clamp.
