If a product is no longer available, the customer will be notified via email about the alternatives. The customer has the right to either select the alternative product or cancel the order. /
If all the products in an order are unavailable and there is no alternative product that we carry, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified via email.
For a wheel kit order, tires and wheels sometimes are shipped unmounted. This is because the tires get shipped from one warehouse and the wheels from a separate warehouse. Our customers can request upto $6 per tire and wheel mounting if they receive tires and wheels unmounted.
