Shipping & Returns

To process your return order, please read the following instructions:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Item being returned must be in the original box and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
You must contact us to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages will be accepted without an RA#.
Exchange Options:
1. Standard Exchange: We will replace item upon receipt of your original returned product. No restocking fee will apply.
2. Expedited Exchange: You may place a new order online and include the new order number with your exchange to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
No credit or refunds will be given to orders received that do not follow these instructions, or that product returned is found to be used or damaged.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If an order is canceled after placing it, 15% restocking fee will apply whether the order has shipped or not.
Customers returning or exchanging items are responsible for the shipping charge of the item back to us. We recommend sending via UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail in order to obtain a tracking number. This will expedite the return/exchange process in the event items are delayed or lost during transit.
Closeout Purchases:
All Sales are FINAL on Close Out items.
No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Customers:
Shipping & Handling charges may vary from the amount calculated at the time of purchase. The customer will be notified if there is a change, at which point the customer can choose to cancel without any charge. FREE SHIPPING ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS IS OFFERED ONLY FOR 48 US STATES EXCLUDING ALASKA & HAWAAII.
If an item is lost or damaged by shipping carrier, For example lost by UPS or FedEx, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. The refund to the customer is limited by the amount we are able to recover from the shipping carrier. Our company is not responsible for the shipping carrier mistakes OR lost and damaged packages.
FREE SHIPPING is not available for certain DROP SHIP orders. If the items ordered are available at 2 or more separate warehouses, the shipping cost may increase. Customer will be notified via email if FREE SHIPPING is not available for a certain DROP SHIP item
Shipping to certain shipping locations is not feasible for our company because of high shipping costs, loss of merchandise, customs requirements and various other reasons. We notify our customers via email if the delivery of items is not possible for a certain shipping location.
Customs, duties, taxes and declaration costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
